An Associate of Watson & Jones, P.A., Stephen is engaged in litigation, corporate
commercial law, commercial litigation and product liability defense.
A member of the Hinds County, Jackson Young Lawyers and American Bar Associations,
the State Bar of Mississippi, Mr. Stack is admitted to practice in all Mississippi
state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for
the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
A Mississippi native, Mr. Stack was born in 1971 in Jackson, Mississippi and graduated
in 1994 from the University of Mississippi where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from the Mississippi College School
of Law in 1997 and was the recipient of the Wright Family Law Award in 1998.
Stephen has experience in a wide array of practice areas including medical malpractice
defense, insurance defense, commercial trucking defense, and mass tort defense. He
has tried cases to verdict in Hinds, Madison and Simpson Counties as well as in the
Northern District of Mississippi. When not practicing law, he is active in the
community and volunteers his time tutoring at local elementary schools and serving
as a judge for the Mississippi High School Mock Trial Competition. He and his wife
Amber are members of Christ United Methodist Church and have two daughters, Anna and Maggie.
